3-day refund window. Please read this before purchasing
Mizuu is an easy-to-use media center application for devices running Android 3.2 or newer. Mizuu helps managing all your movie and TV show video files, and automatically downloads information about the video content - including title, plot and cover art. The immersive interface was designed from the ground up with touch devices in mind. As such, it's easy to use and offer lots of customizability for more advanced users.
You can use both video files on your device as well as video files from Samba (CIFS / SMB) and UPnP / DLNA compatible network shares, i.e. computers and NAS devices. Note that Windows support is still somewhat experimental.
Love videos on the web?
Mizuu allows you to easily browse the best videos on the day on YouTube and Reddit. Alternatively, you can listen in on the latest amazing talks from the inspiring people at TED Talks. In addition to this, Mizuu allows you to view trailers of all your movies as well as popular and upcoming movies on the web.
Google TV
Mizuu includes experimental support for Google TV. Some features might not work as expected, and the UI still needs some improvements to work better on a TV. If you're not fully satisfied, please see the notes about requesting a refund.
Use it with any installed video player
Mizuu isn't a video player in itself, but allows you to start video playback using any installed video player on your device. If you haven't installed any video players yourself, it'll play videos using the default system video player.
Become a beta-tester
As a user of Mizuu, you have the option to beta test upcoming versions of Mizuu before anyone else using the beta program. For more details and beta change logs, please see http://mizuu.tv/faq/beta-tester/.
Need help?
You can get help and answers to frequent questions by either visiting www.mizuu.tv. Alternatively, you can contact the developer using the contact form on the website or here on Google Play. E-mails will be replied within a day.
Refund policy
Google Play offers a 15-minute refund window on all purchases. That's hardly enough in the case of advanced software like Mizuu, so all customers are offered a 72-hour (3 days) period in which they can receive a full refund. This should allow all users to get a good understanding of the application. The refund window can be further extended in special cases, i.e. if the customer has sent an e-mail for support.
To request a refund, simply send an e-mail using the contact form on http://www.mizuu.tv, and include the e-mail you've used to purchase the application or the order number. Please note that purchases will not be refunded, if the customer has posted a review of Mizuu on Google Play.
Reviews on Google Play
As a developer I really appreciate it when people take the time to give me feedback on the work that I do. Reviews are a great way of doing that. I appreciate it a lot when people leave ratings and even more when they also include a few notes on why they decided to give just that rating. I usually reply to user reviews, mainly to thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Having said that, please remember that reviews aren't meant for getting support. There are lots of other (and better) ways of getting that. Most people simply e-mail me or create a thread on the Mizuu forum. You'll get a reply within 24 hours - usually a lot faster - and if you've posted on the forum, you might help other users in the same situation, so please keep that in mind.
