Manual install:

Action Launcher:
Settings > Display > Icon pack > PAD

ADW Launcher:
ADW Settings > Themes > PAD > Apply

Apex Launcher:
Apex settings > Theme settings > PAD > Apply

Nova Launcher:
Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme > PAD

Smart Launcher:
Menu > Preferences > Theme > PAD > Set
**With Smart Launcher you can also set the lock screen icons:
(1) Menu > Preferences > Theme (click on the settings icon) > Bubbles: icon theme > PAD
(2) Menu > Preferences > Theme (click on the settings icon) > Bubbles: style > None

Go Launcher EX:
Themes > Launcher > Installed > PAD > Apply

Next Launcher:
Themes > Launcher > Installed > PAD > Apply

Holo Launcher / Holo launcher hd:
Appearance Settings > Icon pack > PAD

Solo launcher:
Solo settings > Appearance > Solo Themes > Themes > Installed > PAD > Apply
